Led a 12-person operations team across front office, IT, meal, finance, and maintenance departments at the first public independent K-8 charter school in Vallejo, CA. Developed budget forecasts and operational systems. Aided charter petition process and town-hall meetings to secure authorization to open in August 2016 with 315 students. School now serves 800+ students.

Jumping in with my meal team on a stormy Halloween when our food delivery truck was delayed and local eateries were closed to make 500 sandwich lunches in two hours...while dressed as the Green Power Ranger
